How to Start Working with Fortrade?

Partnering with Fortrade is a quick and simple way to grow your business.

Through our platform, you get access to a complete product database and flexible logistics solutions, so you can focus on sales and building your brand.

Step 1 – Registration

Go to www.fortrade.pl and create an account.
The registration process is quick, and once completed, you gain full access to our product range and wholesale prices.

Step 2 – Browse and Select Products

After logging in, you can browse the full product database, filter by category, and add items to your cart that best fit your offer.

Step 3 – Choose Shipping Method

When placing an order, you decide how the shipment will be handled:

• Shipping with your own label – after paying for the order, you send us your prepared courier label, and we pack and ship the parcel on your behalf.
  👉 Packaging cost is only 1 PLN net (promotion until further notice, regular price: 2.40 PLN net). The fee is added to each self-label shipment.

• Shipping handled by Fortrade (based on our price list) – we take care of everything: packaging, labeling, and shipping directly to your customer.

Step 4 – Invoicing

We adapt to your needs:

• You can receive a collective invoice for a selected billing period.

• Or an individual invoice for each order – whichever you prefer.

This way, you maintain full control over your business – both logistics and accounting.
