• Dropshipping – Returns and Complaints

Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days from the date the final customer receives the package, only for dropshipping orders.

✅ We accept only products suitable for resale – they must be complete, undamaged, and show no signs of use.
❌ Damaged or incomplete products are not eligible for return.

Complaints

Most products are covered by statutory warranty (under the Polish Civil Code).
This means that as a seller, you have the right to file a complaint if the product:

  • is defective,

  • does not work as described,

  • is unfit for its intended use.

How it works in practice:

  1. Submit a complaint in your client panel by selecting the relevant order and clicking “Complaint”.

  2. Complaints do not apply to products damaged by the customer, missing parts, or incomplete sets.

👉 In the dropshipping model, you are responsible for communication with your customer.
We, as Fortrade, handle returns and complaints reported only by our partners via the client panel.

To file a complaint:

  1. Log into your client panel.

  2. Open your orders.

  3. Select the order, click “Complaint”, and describe the issue.

Then, the product must be sent back to our warehouse (either by you or directly by your customer).

  • You must always handle communication with your end customer – Fortrade does not accept direct claims from them.

  • Returns and complaints are processed only when submitted via the client panel.
